NEW Show June 10th, East Meets Words (Cambridge, MA)

Hey friends!

KQ is playing a show next week. The monthly East Meets Words spoken word/poetry open mic is featuring us and we want you to be there! Cover is $3 and it will be awesome.

It’s a different sound but will be a lot of fun. We are being billed as the Kosana Experiment since we are playing with a lot of new people. It will be a set full of covers and originals ranging from funk, r&b, and hip hop.

Open mic doors open at 8pm, and if plan on coming for our set later in the evening it would be advisable to go at 8pm. This is a small bookstore and gets full fast!

TOMORROW COULD BE OUR LAST NIGHT AT ROB JACKS!!!

Hi Friends,

Lawrence has decided to move on to a new project and since he gives Erisa, Kohei and Nawon a ride, we most likely won’t be able to play at Rob Jacks anymore.  We’re totally excited for Lawrence’s new employment opportunity, but also know that we may not be able to get to Rob Jacks anymore.

He has agreed to give us one last ride for tomorrow night.  This is where you come in.  We have been totally psyched to play for all of you, and appreciate all your support these past 6 months.  If you can make it tomorrow night we would be so grateful.

We’re hoping to find new opportunities to play closer to T stops, so once we do have something worked out we will let you know.  Hope you can all make it tonight and thanks so much for your support!!!

Nate, Erisa, Nawon and Kohei

P.S. It was just Erisa’s Birthday this past week so come buy her a drink!  :)

Sigh…

Hey folks…unfortunate news…Won’t be at Rob Jacks tomorrow night since we don’t have a ride.  Sorry!!!  Instead of “will work for food,” maybe it should be “will work for a ride…”  Hopefully we’ll be back a week from tomorrow!

No KQ this Wednesday

Sorry folks, blame it on the drummer.  Nate will be out of town and won’t be able to make it this Wednesday.  Sorry for two weeks of us being MIA.  But we promise we’ll be back again next week.
